Lama Ani Pelma welcomes your questions about Buddhism and about your own Buddhist practice. She completed a three-year silent retreat in 2003 and plans to start another three-year retreat in 2010. She was ordained as a Buddhist nun fifteen years ago by Khensur Rinpoche Geshe Lobsang Tharchin, former abbot of Sera Mey Monastery in South India.

Advanced students of Buddhism

I can offer advice if you are preparing to go into a tantric retreat or lerung and you need help with how to set up for the retreat, or you need an explanation on tormas, the rituals and fire puja. If you are an advanced student, I would like to know who is your teacher and how long you have been practicing.
