Help us build our first community center, in the small town of Bowie, Arizona. Our goal is to create a space for activities to heal the mind, body, spirit and soul. We also plan to provide educational opportunities to needy children with disabilities, and we will make our space available to community groups free of charge.
The Diamond Heart Foundation was created by Lama Ani Pelma, founder of the Three Jewels Community Center in New York City. Over the years, many hundreds of people have benefited from the Three Jewels’ activities and welcoming atmosphere, and the Diamond Heart Foundation hopes to bring those same benefits to communities everywhere.
We are pleased to announce the publication of Lama Pelma’s long-awaited book on tormas, The Ultimate Offering. The book is a detailed instruction manual for making the seven tormas for a Vajrayogini lerung, according to our lineage.
Overview:
The book may only be read by Vajrayogini practitioners with initiation from a qualified Lama. If you would like to order a copy, please send e-mail to orders@dmu-press.com
In December 2008, Lama Pelma taught a free class in New York City about Guru Devotion. The audio and transcript are now available for download. See Online Courses for more information, as well as for links to other free teachings online.

The Diamond Heart Foundation would like to donate 500 free meditation cushions to orphans, schools, prisons, or meditation groups who are in need. Depending on your need we will send the cushions, stuffed or unstuffed. Click on the “Read more” link below to fill out a form requesting free cushions.
If anyone would like to help sponsor the meditation cushion drive by donating thread, fabric, notions, zippers, trim, buckwheat hulls, kapok or any kind of stuffing, we will be happy to take it. Lama Ani Pelma, founder of the Diamond Heart Foundation, really wants to support your mediation practice in any way that she can.
The Diamond Heart Foundation serves communities by promoting activities that heal the mind, body, spirit and soul, and by providing the space to do so. Our goal is also to support needy children with disabilities in several communities by providing educational opportunities.
We are striving to provide a conducive space where everyone is welcomed and our centers will let the community use our space free of cost for its events.
