Help turn this empty space into the heart of a community

Help us build our first community center, in the small town of Bowie, Arizona. Our goal is to create a space for activities to heal the mind, body, spirit and soul. We also plan to provide educational opportunities to needy children with disabilities, and we will make our space available to community groups free of charge.

The Diamond Heart Foundation was created by Lama Ani Pelma, founder of the Three Jewels Community Center in New York City. Over the years, many hundreds of people have benefited from the Three Jewels’ activities and welcoming atmosphere, and the Diamond Heart Foundation hopes to bring those same benefits to communities everywhere.

Depending on your need we will send the cushions, stuffed or unstuffed. Click on the "Read more" link below to fill out a form requesting free cushions.

If anyone would like to help sponsor the meditation cushion drive by donating thread, fabric, notions, zippers, trim, buckwheat hulls, kapok or any kind of stuffing, we will be happy to take it. Lama Ani Pelma, founder of the Diamond Heart Foundation, really wants to support your mediation practice in any way that she can.
